Spanning 5 acres, the property features Mexican-inspired interiors & is dedicated to the sport of triathlon. Enjoy a spacious 25-yard lap pool & a 500-meter biking/running course throughout the grounds. Unwind on the wrap-around porch, in the hot tub, or by the fire pit ideal spots for relaxation after a day of adventure.

 

This may be rented by itself or with Athlete’s Village.

  • » As per Riverside County Ordinance, the host is required to obtain the name, address, and copy of a valid government ID of the primary guest.

    » The primary guest is required to sign a formal acknowledgment that they are legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short-term rental to the requirements of Ordinance No. 927.

    » Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short-term rentals. Any fines, citations, or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

    » It’s generally not necessary to heat the pool in summer months. In colder months, guests can request pool heating in advance at an additional cost:

         - Pool heating can be arranged a minimum of 1 day in advance at an additional fee of $200/day (minimum charge of 3 days = $800).

         - Our pool is 5x bigger than average. Add to this the night air temperatures, particularly in the winter which can dip into the 30's. Propane is also quite pricey. 

    » The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We do our best to keep it maintained with 3 maintenance visits per week.

    » The pool is not that deep and thus, NOT MEANT FOR DIVING. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

    » The trailer in the front yard is decorative only and not for use

    » It can be very windy in the area.

    » Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

    » Quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM are strictly enforced.

    » Renters and their guests should park to the left of the main gate after entering.

    » Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

    » Maximum occupancy is 6

    » Smoking is not allowed

    » Failure to comply with rules may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property.

    Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. 

     

    GETTING AROUND

    While the home’s secluded location provides ultimate tranquility, you will find that most amenities and attractions are within a short drive. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility, although ridesharing services are also available. The SunLine Transit Agency operates bus routes in and around Desert Hot Springs, connecting the town to neighboring areas like Palm Springs. Routes like Line 14 serve the region, but bus service may be limited depending on your location and schedule.
